Business Description:

A local club for Line Dancing, based in Littlehampton, West Sussex.

Design Notes:

A friend and former work colleague of mine, Jenny Bembridge, contacted me saying that the Webmaster of her current website was moving out of the area, and therefore she needed to find another.
Knowing that I had been designing websites for a while, she asked me if I would mind being her new Webmaster, and in the process, updating the website.

All I did with the design was to clean it up, giving the images a better quality and style, and making it more pleasant for the viewer.
One of Jenny's viewers has already commented that the site looks a lot more professional.

Business Description:

A service orientated, visual communications consultant, marketing project manager and "change" facilitator. Renowned for delivering distinctive work through innovation, expertise and a focus on quality.

Design Notes:

In early 2005 I linked up with Image Matters when I was working in the office next to theirs. They came to me saying that they needed a web presence. I designed them a basic website using a WYSIWYG web editing program. It wasn't great, but it did what it needed to.
Since then, I have been slowly updating the site, ready to be part of my portfolio, and here it is.

Business Description:

Liddiard Scaffolding is a well established scaffolding company offering services to Hampshire and surrounding areas such as Sussex and Surrey.

Design Notes:

Not being very happy with their current website, which was only 2 pages and had no portfolio, Liddscaff were looking for a new website.
I was given the address to a website that they liked the look of, which gave me an idea as to what they wanted. I finished off the design of the site with the scaffold pipes, which instantly gives the viewer an idea as to what the company is about before the flash animation is finished.
The header is based on the signs that Liddscaff place on all the scaffolding that they erect. Their current logo was used & taken from their business card.

Business Description:

Established in 1991, Downlands Packaging Ltd is now a major supplier of virtually all aspects of packaging requirements to businesses both large and small throughout the south.

Design Notes:

Image Matters contacted me saying that Downlands Packaging needed a new design for their website. They wanted something more sophisticated with better quality images, but still keeping inline with their current logo.

Business Description:

The complete glazing and building service.
Building is a Parham Brothers tradition and they have been providing building services in the Hampshire and Sussex area for over 30 years.
New build, renovation or an extension, they can provide the total solution from design through to completion including survey, ground works and all the required building trades and services.

Design Notes:

Parham Brothers needed an update for their website. The current website was built in plain HTML with no styling. Something needed to be done with it, and so the choice was made to update it.

Business Description:

Established for 25 years, City Ceramics is Chichesters most established supplier of wall and floor tiles and bathroom suites.

Design Notes:

City Ceramics didn't have a website. They wanted one that wasn't a shop, just an online brochure which also included links to their suppliers websites.

Business Description:

An "all in one" gift and card solution that is totally unique to you and the recipient.

Design Notes:

The people at 'Buy a Unique Gift' wanted a fully working online shop. Since I was not fully up with designing an online shop, I created the initial design and HTML, and another person was brought in by Image Matters to create the shop.

The site is now updated by another company, and not all the graphics show in the correct places.
