Bullseye Designs - Terms & Conditions

This Website is owned and operated by Bullseye Designs. Use of the content & services presented in any and all areas of this site constitutes the User's agreement to abide by the following terms and conditions and those posted in specific areas of the site.

Any Project will remain the property of Bullseye Designs until paid for in full.

Upon complete payment, the client is agreeing the project is completed to their satisfaction. Any further work that is then required must be paid for separately.

The Contract Between Us

1. Any contract for services will be with Bullseye Designs.
2. Bullseye Designs must receive a percentage of the full payment (part c) before any work is carried out. The remaining payment is required before any work is transferred to the client.
3. A 50% deposit is required for projects of £200 & under, and 30% for all other projects. Once the deposit payment has been received, Bullseye Designs will confirm that your payment has been received by sending a message to you at the email address or postal address that you provide.
4. Bullseye Designs' acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.
5. Bullseye Designs is entitled to withdraw from any contract at any time without reason. In this instance, all moneys paid will then be repaid to the client.

Withdrawal By You From The Contract

If you are an individual and are not using my services on behalf of a business, there are certain circumstances in which you may withdraw from the contract and these are set out here. This right to withdraw does not apply to business buyers.

1. You may withdraw from the contract at any time, up to and until you have received the final goods.
2. You do not need to give Bullseye Designs any reason for withdrawing from the contract. If you wish to withdraw from the contract, the initial deposit is not refundable.
3. The only circumstances in which you cannot withdraw your order are where you have taken the goods you have ordered out of the sealed package in which they were delivered.

E-Mail

Bullseye Designs respects the privacy of its readers and shall not disclose, distribute or rent any e-mail addresses to any third party, nor shall it permit anyone else to do so.

Modification

Bullseye Designs shall have the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any of its terms & conditions at any time without notice. Changes shall be effective immediately. You agree to review this agreement periodically since subsequent use by you of this site shall constitute your acceptance of any changes. Bullseye Designs shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect of the web site, including the content. Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions shall be effective immediately upon posting and any subsequent use by you after such posting shall conclusively be deemed to be acceptance by you of such changes, modifications or deletions.

Force Majeure

Bullseye Designs shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Interpretation

In these terms and conditions: -

Bullseye Designs, I & Me mean the Freelance Designer Ian Hackett.

Us means Bullseye Designs and You together.

You and Your means the person ordering services & or goods from under these terms and conditions.

A working day means every day of a calendar year apart from weekends, statutory and public holidays, and any days that I see necessary.

General

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement in respect of the use of the website and the items and services offered via the website. We may vary these terms and conditions from time to time without notice and you should therefore check them each time you intend to use the website.

If any of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions that shall remain fully enforceable. No waiver by us of any term shall be deemed to be continuing or shall be deemed to be a waiver of any other term.

These terms and conditions will be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
